Additional Memory for your home site:
If you like, as a hipty.com member, you may purchase 12-month memory subscription packages for additional storage space on our servers. With subscription packages ranging from as low as $5 per year, you may use this extra storage space to hold more pictures in your photo album, podcast, audioblog or do whatever else you like to enhance your pages. It’s all about injecting more of yourself into your homesite and enhancing your homesite experience for both you and your visitors.
How to purchase memory subscriptions:
You must be logged in first. You may then either click here to access the subscriptions store, or you may access the store via your own personal portal located in your homesite admin page under the “Subscription” link.
Subscription Packages Available:
$5 / 20 megs / For photo album expansion and About Me track storage: Just over 500 regular images, or approximately 4 five-minute songs, or a combination of these. Blog editor spellcheck.
$10 / 50 megs / For photo album expansion, more music throughout blogs or light podcasting: Approximately 50 minutes of MP3’s (8-10 average songs), or just over 1,000 regular images, or a combination of these. Blog editor spellcheck.
$12.50 / 75 megs / For light to moderate podcasting, and/or musicians: Approximately 75 minutes of MP3’s (12-15 average songs), or just under 2,000 regular images, or a combination of these. Blog editor spellcheck.
$19.50 / 150 megs / For moderate podcaster, and/or musicians: Approximately 150 minutes of MP3’s (25-30 average songs), or just under 4,000 regular images, or a combination of these. Blog editor spellcheck.
$35 / 500 megs / For moderate to heavy podcaster, photographers, and/or musicians: Approximately 500 minutes of MP3’s (80-100 average songs), or about 12,500 regular images, or a combination of these. Blog editor spellcheck.
$50 / 1 GB / For heavy podcaster, photographers, and/or musicians: Approximately 1,000 minutes of MP3’s (200-166 average songs), or around 25,000 regular images, or a combination of these. Blog editor spellcheck.
Refund Policy:
We have tried our absolute best to offer different subscriptions that vary in price and storage amount to fit your needs, but should you ever feel that you would like to refund your purchase you may contact Hipty Customer Service by writing to:

Please include in your letter the following information:
Website Identification information
1. Your first and last name as they appear in your Hipty.com registration.
2. Your current Hipty ID.
3. Your e-mail address used for login.
4. Your Hipty login password.
Credit Card Identification information
1. The first and last name appearing on the credit card.
2. The billing address for the credit card.
3. The last four digits of your credit card number.
Additional information
1. Your contact telephone number.
2. The reason for wanting a refund.
We require this info for purposes of identity authentication. In order to prevent impersonation, all of the requested info must be included in your letter.
All refund requests must be received within 21 calendar days from date of purchase for U.S. residents, and within 30 calendar days from date of purchase for international users.
Subscription(s) Expiration:
Please remember that these subscriptions will expire 12 months from purchase, and in order to not lose your stored material, you must either manually renew your subscription or set it to auto-renew at checkout.
Checking Subscription(s) status:
At any time you may check your subscriptions status (expiration date, storage usage, storage limits, etc.) from your homesite admin page under the “Subscription” link.
“Overlapping Subscription(s)”:
You have the option to purchase an “overlapping subscription(s),” which is when you have purchased two or more subscription packages at different times. Overlapping subscription amounts will be counted in total to determine your overall storage allowance. Please keep in mind that you must control your storage amounts as subscriptions begin to expire, or our system may be forced to randomly delete your material down to the true allotted amount. Deleted content is not retrievable.
